Diana Ilithya, plus maybe the so much rumored two more last names. And this year I officially started the third decade of my life.
'Mexicana orgullosamente', even when I keep this site in English. It's all about globalization. As of mid 2011, I breath, sleep, walk and eat in Karlsruhe, Germany.
My university degree says Marketing, but nowadays I rather perform as Web Designer and/or Developer a.k.a. transforvolving. Sometimes as a Graphic Designer, occasionally as a Spanish Writer or Copywriter, and I guess without even realizing as a Marketer in my day to day life.
Not a big surprise now, but I ♥ working in the areas of Web Design and Programming. That doesn't mean I don't enjoy also the fields of Social Media Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, and Advertising [the good one, of course]. Ah yes, I can speak a few languages, but without counting my native one—Spanish, none of them perfectly. As you read, I can speak decent English, some German [I must say I'm pretty lazy with this hard language], tiny bits of Italian [studied it for a year] and Swedish [I'm 'sambo' with "the" swedish guy].
I'm a mac lover, so my terminal is a MacBook Pro and a magic mouse. Nevertheless, every now and then a sweet Bamboo wacom joins the team. To make the magic happen in what you know I ♥, I like using Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver—best adobe trio. Craft together with a CMS has become crucial for me, and so far I'm infatuated with WordPress. As of these days, my willing to use Flash goes from less to less [sadly], as I'm an HTML5 enthusiastic, thus I'm diving more into AJAX [Jquery is my favorite!] CSS3 and all that talk going on around the topic.
Since I'm passionate about the whole new Internet lifestyle we're experiencing at the moment, I'm present in quite some networks around here. I do twitter, lastfm, xing, linkedin, behance, google+, dribbble, about.me, flavors and tumblr [see below]. Furthermore I do others, but unfortunately I keep those private.
About two years ago I started training taekwondo and have made it as far as blue belt. Currently I dig Taebo too, and once in a while I enjoy going on a long walk, hike, longboarding or bike ride. About hobbies, well I have many... but here we go again, music, design, photography, thinking [yes thinking!], writing, reading, sports, internet and traveling.
For music I have only one word—grunge. And for movies I have two—Pulp Fiction.
I'm so much into surrealism and pop art that my favorite ones are the not so hard to guess Mr. Dali and Mr. Warhol. When it comes to read, I just can't keep my eyes off of novels, thereby Paulo Coelho is my guy.
I ♥ biking, so my second hand bicycle is my best friend for short commuting. And pets, well I'm a dog person, but a black cat would do it too—yet, I have none.
